Security & Responsible AI
HomeCare Helper AI is designed with facility separation, role-based access, and human review workflows. This page describes the current public security posture without claiming a certification the service has not earned.

Access and facility separation
Authenticated accounts and role-based permissions are used to limit access. Operational records include an organization identifier, and data-access rules are intended to keep facility records separated.
Payments and authentication
Stripe handles payment card collection. HomeCare Helper AI supports managed authentication and does not store raw payment card details in its application database.
AI safeguards
AI-assisted assessments, care plans, and notes remain drafts until reviewed by authorized staff. AI output is not medical advice and should never replace professional judgment, emergency procedures, or required documentation review.
HIPAA and contracting
Use of the platform does not by itself make a customer compliant with HIPAA or state requirements. Organizations that are subject to HIPAA should complete their own risk analysis and confirm required contractual arrangements, including business associate agreements, before entering electronic protected health information.
Report a concern
Report suspected security or privacy issues to support@homecarehelperai.com. Do not include resident information or other sensitive data in the initial email.
