Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, facility profile information, subscription and transaction identifiers, product activity, support communications, and information users choose to enter into care-management records.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, process subscriptions, deliver requested communications, troubleshoot problems, and improve product reliability.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, and AI service providers to operate the platform. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by HomeCare Helper AI. Access by providers is limited to the services they perform and applicable contractual terms.

Care information and AI

Authorized users control the care information submitted to the platform. AI features create drafts for human review and must not be treated as medical advice or activated without qualified review. Organizations should not submit protected information until required privacy, security, and contracting reviews—including any applicable business associate agreement—are complete.

Retention, access, and deletion

Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, backup, and contractual purposes. Account administrators may contact us to request an export, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable record-retention obligations.
